About JD Ranch
68 Equestrian Home Sites-providing benefits to the surrounding community:
- Every lot allows animal keeping, including horses, with dedicated animal keeping areas on each of the home sites. The project will offer a variety of home sites to residents ranging from 10,500 square feet to over one acre.
- JD Ranch will complete the surrounding horse trail system linking the future Bluff Street and River Road trails, as well as trails open to all riders throughout the project. The Bluff Street to River Road and Trail Street to Bluff Street horse trail connections are ranked as the #1 and #10 missing trail links in Norco by the Norco Horsemen's Association.
- JD Ranch will install a much needed signalized intersection at Trail and River Road.
- JD Ranch will widen River Road from Trail to Bluff Street.
